Diabetes must be hard to live with, but with assistance and help, you can get through it! I cried constantly when my OB/GYN (pregnancy dr) thought I had pregnancy diabetes. The food chart was unbelievable on what a diabetic can eat and that's when I realized the struggles of a diabetic.

I had a food chart for diabetes, if I can find it, I'll ask for your mailing address, so I can mail it to you. I received it from my pregnancy doctor.
